You’ve built a system for everything except the one that carries it all.
I’m Diana Feinstein, a one-on-one health coach for executives and business owners. You’ve tried the pieces: the trainer, the nutritionist, the tracker, the diet that starts Monday. I put them together around your actual week and your own data, so you feel like yourself again.
Both are free: the audit takes about twelve minutes, and the conversation happens virtually.
New season of life. Same old playbook.
Your physiology changed. Your habits didn’t. When the demands outgrow your resources, nothing collapses at once. It’s a slow erosion: ignoring, overriding, pushing through.
- Tax season
- Board meeting
- Aging parents
- Travel week
You don’t need more discipline. You need more capacity.
Your health doesn’t compete with your performance. It fuels it.
Diana Feinstein
Find the capacity to carry the life you built.
-
Energy that outlasts the afternoon
You wake up before the alarm. You feel the 3 p.m. dip coming and know what to do about it.
-
Presence where it counts
At dinner, you’re actually there. In the car with your kid, you’re listening instead of three emails ahead.
-
Yourself again
Your busy season comes and you don’t get sick. Your body feels like yours again, and you trust your own follow-through.
Same schedule. A different energy underneath it. That makes all the difference.

I built a life my body couldn’t hold.
Then I built the system that could.
Diana Feinstein, founder of Max Pact HealthI built systems on Wall Street. Now I build yours.
I knew I couldn’t go back to corporate life. I’d spent eighteen years at Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Barclays, the last eight on CCAR, the Federal Reserve’s stress test. That experience was part of what drove me to build Max Pact Health.
It was never a discipline problem. Discipline built all of it. What ran out was capacity. I rebuilt mine first. Now I help high-capacity people build the support structures that allow their body to sustain the life they’ve built.
Read my storyWall Street, the slow creep, starting over, and why I built this.
- Wall Street. Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, then eight years on stress testing at Barclays. Those years shaped why I left corporate life and built Max Pact Health.
- The slow creep. It showed up at the dinner table with my kids, in the fatigue, in the 3 a.m. wake-ups. I could always willpower my way out of things, until there was no willpowering this.
- Starting over. I wanted to fit into my wedding ring again. I started coaching people for free with a cell phone and a Gmail account.
- Training. I’m a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach (Level 1 before that), certified in Ali Shapiro’s Truce Coaching Certification, and an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I’m also a Stages Cycling Certified Instructor.
- Max Pact Health. I launched it in September 2023 at my dining room table. I built what I so desperately wished had existed. The name honors my grandmother, who raised me, and my son, Max.
- Why I do this. I see you at 11 o’clock at night with the rainbow goldfish. I’ve been you. I’m just a little further along.

Where I’ve spoken
Depth plus Data.
Depth
The conversation underneath the habits. I don’t judge and I don’t shame, so we get to the real reason fast.
Data
Whatever tracker you already wear, your labs and your calendar, read back to you as one story, so the numbers turn into decisions.
How I read your dataWhat I look at, what you don’t need, and what you get back.
I read your numbers the way I used to read a bank’s models: for the pattern underneath them. The data can tell me what happened. It can’t tell me why. That part comes from our conversation.
- What I look at. Whatever your phone or tracker already holds (sleep, steps, resting heart rate), any labs you have, a few days of what you ate and how you felt after, and your calendar. Your 168 hours are data too.
- What you don’t need. A new device. Your history is already on your phone.
- How I read it. The trend over a week, never one bad night. A data point, not an endpoint.
- What you get back. One story instead of forty metrics, and the one move that matters most this week. I hold the map. You focus on the next step.

Great week. Let’s move your wind-down fifteen minutes earlier.
Between sessions
The plan lives on your phone: a two-minute daily check-in, a photo of breakfast, a quick message after a hard day. When your week changes, the plan changes with it.

I build your capacity in four places.
I call them the Core 4. We build them in order, because each one carries the next, and every change fits the life you already run.
01 · The foundation
Sleep
Every other change borrows energy from this one.
So I start here. We read your nights from whatever tracker you already wear, then set a consistent sleep window and a wind-down your evenings can actually keep, even on travel weeks.
02 · Protein is infrastructure
Fuel
Not a meal plan. A way of eating that holds up.
Protein targets set for your body, and meals that work on travel days, at client dinners and through back-to-back calendars, so the afternoon slump stops running your day. Wine and dessert still have a place.
03 · Strength for this decade
Movement
Muscle protects everything else in this season.
Short strength sessions, steps and mobility built into the 168 hours you actually have. We protect what’s working and build what isn’t, at a pace your body can keep.
04 · The power of the pause
Stress
Your nervous system sets your ceiling.
This is where it comes together: your demands against your resources. I teach resets you can use between meetings, like the 45-Second Reset (in for four, out for six), so recovery happens during the day, not just on vacation.
Steady.
Four pillars, built in order. Your resources are bigger than your demands again.
What we work on in each pillarThe three actions inside sleep, fuel, movement and stress.
Sleep
Anchor your wake time, with ten minutes of outdoor light in the first hour. A two-step wind-down in the half hour before bed. One change to the night at a time: caffeine, alcohol or the bedroom.
Fuel
One planned, protein-forward anchor in the part of the day that usually falls apart. No five-hour gaps on workdays. Water before the first coffee, and alcohol earlier in the evening.
Movement
A floor for your slowest days, so they never drop below it. One walking meeting a week. Easy movement on your hardest days, so it restores you instead of draining you.
Stress
The 45-Second Reset at one predictable pressure point a day. One five-minute step on the week’s heaviest demand. One break a day that actually restores you.
We size the practice to your week, then review and adjust it together.
One degree.
The smallest adjustment you can make at the tee.
At contact, it’s invisible.
A gap too small to see.
Two hundred fifty yards later, it’s everything.
One lands by the pin. The other drifts into the trees.
Your health compounds the same way.
I don’t ask you to rebuild your life. We find your minimum effective dose: the smallest changes you can keep doing every week, in the margins of the life you already run. Then we let them compound.
In our sessions, we work through what gets in the way, so those small changes become practices you can keep.
“I have a very full schedule and Diana worked on a routine with me which was easily incorporated into my life without being ‘just another thing to do’.”Diane B., Senior Project Manager
Start with the Capacity & Connection Audit.
Twelve minutes of honest questions across the Core 4, and the relationships that run through all four. There are no wrong answers. It’s free, and it shows you where your capacity is leaking.
- Your scoreOne capacity score across sleep, fuel, movement and stress, so you know where to start.
- Your resultsPersonal feedback on your scores, with a clear place to start.
- Your callUse your results to choose a starting point, or book a conversation and we’ll build on them together.
What the audit asks aboutThe Core 4, connection, and why there are no wrong answers.
- The Core 4, in plain language. How you sleep, how you eat on a normal day and a busy one, how you move, and how you handle pressure.
- Connection. The relationships that run through all four: who holds you up, and who you show up for.
- No right answers. It isn’t a test. There are no wrong answers, and every result is written around yours.
- Booking a conversation first? I’ll ask you to take the audit before we talk, so we start from your answers instead of from scratch.

Questions people ask me.
How much time does it take each week?
We choose small practices that fit your actual week, from a forty-five-second reset to a short strength session. Coaching sessions and check-ins are part of the commitment too. We agree on that rhythm before we begin.
Do I need a tracker, a scale or blood work?
No. Whatever your phone or tracker already holds is enough to start. If you have recent labs, we’ll use them.
Who sees my data?
I do. I read it myself, and I use it only for your coaching.
Is this a diet?
No. There’s no meal plan to start and nothing you have to give up. Wine and dessert still have a place.
Is this therapy, or medical care?
Neither. It’s coaching. You’ll feel heard, and every session ends with your next step. I like to say I’m hygiene, not your root canal: your doctor stays your doctor.
Can my spouse do this with me?
Yes. I often work with couples. When you both change at the same table, it’s easier to keep going.
What happens when I travel, or hit my busy season?
We plan for it. Your plan is built around your real calendar, travel weeks and busy seasons included, and we adjust it when life changes.
Let’s build the system that fuels it all.
Not sure where you stand?
Measure your capacity first. Free, about twelve minutes.
