The Capacity & Connection Audit measures and scores you across five critical areas
NO. 1 Recovery
How well your body is actually restoring itself, not just how many hours you're in bed. If you're waking up at 3 AM with your mind racing, or starting every morning feeling like yesterday never fully ended, this is where that pattern shows up.
NO. 2 Fuel
What you're running on and whether it's sustaining you or setting you up for the 2 PM crash. These questions look at how your body is responding to what you're eating, why the afternoon wall hits so hard, and whether willpower has been doing the job your nutrition should be doing.
NO. 3 Movement
Whether your exercise is building you up or grinding you down. You'll find out if your current approach is matched to what your body actually needs right now, or if you're applying a strategy that stopped working and pushing harder to compensate.
NO. 4 Capacity
Whether your nervous system can hold the life you've built, or you're running on borrowed fuel to keep it together. These are the questions that reveal whether you're operating on clean energy or burning through reserves you can't replenish with another coffee or another early alarm.
NO. 5 Connection
The layer most diagnostics ignore: whether you have the support, presence, and alignment to sustain any of it. You can optimize every other area, but if you're carrying everything alone and can't let anyone in, the rest eventually collapses under the weight.
Hi, I’m Diana…
I spent years in environments where performance was the only currency that mattered, managing teams at Goldman Sachs, building financial models, running systems where every input had to connect to an outcome. And I ran my own life the same way: spreadsheets, structure, achievements checked off one by one.
On paper, it all worked. But inside, something was off. I grew up as the child of Asian immigrants, in a home where failure wasn't an option. That pressure shaped everything, including my relationship with food.
My wake-up call was simple: I wanted to fit into my wedding ring again. My first attempts at fixing it were terrible. But instead of cycling through another program, I did what I'd been trained to do. I treated the problem like a system. I stopped guessing and started looking at my time, myl energy, and my body the way I'd look at any operational challenge that needed to actually work.
That shift changed everything. I realized most high-performing people are running on the same fuel I was: pressure, shame, and the fear of falling behind. It works until it doesn't. And when it stops working, more discipline isn't the answer. More capacity is.
You know the parable of the blind men and the elephant? One touches the trunk and says it's a snake. Another touches the leg and says it's a tree. A third touches the tail and says it's a rope. They're all right about their piece, and they're all wrong about the whole. That's how most health support works. Someone looks at your nutrition. Someone else looks at your hormones. Another looks at your stress. But nobody's looking at the whole animal.
That's what I built Max Pact Health to do, and the Capacity & Connection Audit is where that work starts. It measures what many health assessments miss and gives you a clear, specific picture of where you actually stand.
